Your Lyric Journey
1. Getting Started
Your journey begins with a consultation to assess your suitability for Lyric.
During your appointment, your audiologist will:
- Examine your ears and remove any wax
- Carry out a full hearing test
- Build your personalised audiological profile
If Lyric is suitable, we will arrange a fitting. If not, we will recommend other discreet hearing solutions.
2. Fitting and Trial
At your fitting appointment, we will:
- Measure your ear canal and fit the correct size Lyric
- Ensure you notice an immediate improvement in your hearing
- Show you how to adjust volume and operate the device
Your 30-day trial starts from this appointment, with follow-up support provided to fine-tune the fit and performance. If Lyric is not the right option for you, we will support you in exploring other hearing solutions.
3. Ongoing Care and Replacements
Once you are happy with Lyric, we will continue supporting you with:
- Lyric replacements every eight to twelve weeks
- Ear health checks and wax removal if required
- Free annual reviews, including hearing retests and device adjustments
- Access to updated technology with each replacement
Lyric costs £280 per month for both ears or £140 per month for one ear. Payment plans are available.
