Established in 2015 in response to growing demand for exceptional hearing care outside London, North West Hearing brings Harley Street standards to the North West. Our Clinical Services Manager, Dr Greg Nassar, is a respected voice in the audiology field. He is regularly invited to trial new products, consult for media outlets, and advise on best practice in hearing healthcare.
We were the first Lyric provider in the UK and remain the dedicated Lyric centre for the North West, offering the only truly invisible 24/7 hearing aid. Our reputation also sees us trusted by professional musicians, DJs, and performers who rely on us for precision-fit custom ear protection and expert advice.

Dr Greg Nassar – Clinical Services Manager
Greg is our Clinical Services Manager and an award-winning audiologist with extensive experience across NHS and private settings. Before joining North West Hearing, he led Audiology Services at the Trafford Division of Central Manchester Foundation Trust.
A Principal Clinical Scientist with a doctorate in audiology from NSU, Florida, Greg specialises in tinnitus and noise-induced hearing loss. Known for his calm, compassionate approach, he provides personalised, evidence-based care for both adults and children.
Beth Roberts – Practice Assistant
Beth is often the first friendly face you will see when you contact or visit the clinic. With over 25 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in the sportswear and construction industries, she brings warmth, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail to her role.
Since joining us in 2021, Beth has become a valued part of the team, known for her outstanding customer service and for making every patient feel welcome, heard, and fully supported throughout their visit.
